Thermotec underlay consists of a flexible, high-density limp mass polymer that absorbs the energy of sound waves across the hearing frequency spectrum, with a low-density, direct extruded closed-cell polyethylene adhered to the underside of the product. Thermotec underlay utilises energy-absorbing foam and a blocking barrier to reduce noise transmission through floors.
