AGING: The grapes from the different varieties are fermented separately. After the assemblage, the wine is aged for 12 months in Slavonian and French oak barrels of various sizes. It is then transferred for a short period to stainless steel tanks before undergoing a final aging of an additional 12 months in the bottle. VIEW: Intense ruby red with garnet reflections. BOUQUET: Soft, fruity aromas with notes of vanilla and raspberry. MOUTH: Elegant, velvety and full-bodied on the palate, with a long, warm finish.
