Our classic orange carrots are amazing for so many reasons! Their sweet flavor and their crunchy but not hard texture makes them perfect for snacking, even on the go as their skin is so soft that doesn't need peeling! They're great for roasting or in soups, but we love them raw dipped in some hummus or ranch. Important note: of course we're always striving for the best possible quality and flavor in each and every single one of our crops, but we have some nature-imposed limitations! For this reason, the cold-weather crop of carrots is always sweeter and more tender than the hot-weather crop. Show more
