Have this written and corrected for spelling on a spare piece of paper. 2 Look at different images of cartoons and ask children to focus on shapes of faces, eyes, hair, noses, mouth etc.). 3 Give children copies of the templates provided above in supplies. These will guide them through the drawing phase. 4 Place sheet of white paper in portrait position and begin drawing. Begin drawing using a lead pencil.
