The detail From top to bottom the heart itself is 9mm high and 11mm side to side, measuring 5.3mm front to back at it's widest point. The chain is a very fine sterling silver cable chain measuring a delicate 1.6mm x 1.2mm. Chain length is 18 inches and finished with a 9mm lobster clasp and 4mm round catch, both in sterling silver.
