The unique Carvel "swirl" heart hangs on a 24 inch, 14k gold plated chain. The heart piece was found at the Tacky Tourist thrift shop in Lake Worth, FL and had the loops already fo r this chain - not sure what it was on before this necklace, maybe a thin belt?
