Made from carefully selected Garganega grapes, the grape skins are left on the must before and during fermentation with careful stirring for added depth and complexity. The juice i s left on the lees for 18 months and then divided between steel tanks, oak barrels and ceramic vessels for aging – this is a wine which expresses the best of Garganega. A full bodied, balanced wine with citrus notes and nuances of peach, honey and almond. Intensely structured with a full, long finish. This wine will evolve well in the bottle for many years. Show more
