In 2018, we took a missions trip to Guatemala and stayed at a place named Casa Allelujah. Guatemala. Casa. House. It was only fitting that our new favorite "house" blend be named a fter it all! Introducing Casa...smooth, flavorful, but not over the top! It definitely makes an easy-drinking cup of drip coffee but it would also be great as a pour over or cold brew as well!
