Designed and proudly made in New York City, USA. The Cascading Ruffle Gown in Ivory is made of Silk Chiffon. This new iteration of the original gown does not have a long sweeping t rain. Each ruffle is placed individually and cut on the bias with pearl finishing. The Silk Charmeuse lining is sewn with delicate french seams. The length of the 72" from the top of the center back seam.
