A true white eggplant. This variety is unique and delicious! A rare Japanese variety that produces long 5-8 inch slender fruits that are creamy-white to almost pure white. Soft and small-seeded. When ripe the skin will lose its sheen and be slightly soft to the touch. Great in stir-fries and Italian dishes with its mushroom-like flavor and silky texture. Show more
