STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS Store in a cool, dry place. This is a living natural bread free from any preservatives or other additives, so if it gets hot it will develop mould. Store it out of its bag, in a cool dark place or in the fridge. Alternatively slice it up as soon as you get it home and freeze.
