This Chianti Classico DOCG is made from grapes grown in vineyards in the Chianti Classico appellation area, the oldest area of Chianti. Fully ripe grapes are picked immediately aft er harvest. After primary fermentation is completed, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and matures for a minimum of 24 months.
