Distilled, aged, and bottled at the historic Castle & Key Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky, this small-batch expression captures the brand’s dedication to balance, precision, and tradition. Made from a mash bill of 73% white corn, 17% malted barley, and 10% white winter wheat, this bourbon replaces rye with wheat to create a softer, creamier mouthfeel. Aged for seven years in new charred American oak barrels and bottled uncut and unfiltered at 108.2 proof (54.1% ABV), it delivers a full-bodied character defined by sweet grain, fruit, and spice in perfect harmony.
