Mashbill: 63% Rye, 17% Corn, 20% Malted Barley Aged 18 months in cask finish barrels The aroma reveals rich layers of brûléed banana, cream cheese frosting, dried pineapple, and Demerara sugar, accentuated by cinnamon and subtle smoky undertones.
