This GOTS certified organic flannel cotton insert is gentle on the skin and pairs perfectly with our Castor Oil Wrap to enhance your experience of using our Liver Support Castor Oil Blend. Approximately 14.5' x 7'. Care Tips: Wash by hand or on gentle cycle and lay flat to dry. Wash before use, and lay flat to dry. Lay the pad flat. Place pad onto the white inner portion of wrap and apply Liver Support Castor Oil Blend to the middle of the pad. Wrap the pack onto your body with the insert placed over the liver area, and adjust the band as needed for comfort. Wear the pad/band starting at 1 hour per use then extend the time for 2-3 additional hours per use, building up to overnight wear, or use as directed by a healthcare professional. After use, gently wipe the skin clean with a warm, damp towel. Fold the pad and store in a cool, dry area. May use regularly and wash every 2-3 months as desired.
