RARE vintage full-name blue fountain pen signature on a 4x6-inch tan autograph album page, acquired in-person in the 1940s. Actress Gail Patrick signs in green fountain pen on the verso. In good condition, with minor crinkles and the tiniest bit of brushing to the first letter of his name, barely worth mentioning. After years of playing heroic and boy-next-door types in films like Since You Went Away (1944), Thirty Seconds Over Tokyo (1944), The Clock (1945), and Till the Clouds Roll By (1946), leading man Robert Walker explored the potentially evil underbelly of all of that authority and apparent warmth, portraying murderous psychopath Bruno Antony in Alfred Hitchcock's Strangers on a Train (1951). A year later, he would be dead, following an adverse reaction to prescription sedatives. He was only 32. His autograph is extremely uncommon in any format.
