As it happens, Catalyst Spice is also an excellent flavoring for spice cakes, cookies, and certain fruit pies. This is one of the ONLY powder recipes that I feel comfortable using as a food additive or taking internally in any fashion, but only if no one consuming the dish is allergic to the ingredients.
