It combines hexcrawl-like mechanics with story game techniques. The players take turns playing the cat, describing the environment, and narrating the consequences of the cat's actions. The roles rotate with every new square. In the end, the cat cozies up for a nap and falls asleep. Catcrawl is ideal for one-shots and has a flexible play time of about 30 minutes to 3 hours.
