Despite its beefy appearance, we made some slight changes to the Cattlemen Cleaver 2.0 to make it that much better. We slightly reduced the thickness of the blade and also added the signature back-sloping heel that all MKC culinary knives share to give you extra finger room and grip comfort. The handle is still sculpted for comfort and ergonomic sing the same handle shape and construction as our Chef’s Knives, it really is a tool you’ll want to use every day.
