They will guide you through a tasting of a varied selection of styles from France, Spain, Italy, and beyond. The evening consists of 5 wines (a sparkling Crémant, 2 whites and 2 reds) of varying styles with a carefully paired selection of Sheridan's artisan cheeses, artisan cured meats, and some locally handmade chocolates from Wildes Co Clare to finish. Let your tastebuds be guided on a journey of artisan wines and foods and we'll take care of the rest!
