The Manthorpe G950 Weep Vent is a perp-end ventilator that keeps cavity walls draining and breathing. Fitted into an open perpendicular joint above cavity trays, DPCs and over openings such as doors and windows, it gives moisture a clear route out of the cavity while allowing air to circulate, helping protect the structure from trapped damp. With a 220mm² free area it ventilates effectively, and the integral insect grille keeps insects from getting into the cavity without restricting airflow. Moulded from durable polypropylene, it's a quick, one-person fit straight into the course as the brickwork goes up, with a BIM object available for specifiers working to a digital model. Supplied in boxes of 50 and available in the full range of colours, the G950 blends discreetly into the face of the wall whatever the brick or render finish.
