The double maturation draws out the distillery’s fresh, perfumed fruit and clean acidity, while the sherry influence adds warm dried fruits, gentle spice, and a lingering nutty finish. Tasting Notes - Dried fruit and sweet/nut Colour: Rich amber. Nose: Delicate dried fig, toasted oak and soft orange marmalade. Palate: Spiced marzipan, gentle plum and warm leather. Finish: Classic sherry notes linger with toasted nut and subtle orchard fruit.
