The California Cooking 24" stainless steel mixing paddle is a commercial kitchen hand tool built for stirring and mixing large volumes of soups, sauces, stocks, gravies, batters, and other preparations in standard stock pots and mixing bowls. It gives line cooks and prep staff the reach and leverage needed to work safely and efficiently at the stovetop. Stainless steel construction throughout, with an 18/8 grade corrosion-resistant finish that holds up to acidic ingredients and high-heat cooking environments. Tubular handle with a 1-inch diameter provides a secure two-handed grip and reaches safely over the sides of deep stock pots, keeping hands and wrists away from heat and steam. Wide rectangular blade measuring approximately 9-1/2" x 4-3/4" moves thick and thin preparations efficiently, with a straight front edge suited to scraping the sides and bottom of pots during stirring. At 24 inches overall length, this paddle is sized for standard commercial stock pots commonly used in restaurant line and prep kitchens. Smooth, non-porous stainless surface resists buildup and is dishwasher safe, making end-of-shift sanitation straightforward. One-piece stainless construction with no seams or joints where food debris can collect, supporting sanitary food handling in high-volume operations. Dimensions: 24" L x 9-1/2" W (blade)
