Description:Stabilo, also known as CD wicks, are c oreless, non-directional, flat braided wicks with a special paper filament woven around them. This configuration is engineered to promote maximum and consistent capillary action while ensuring a wick trimming flame posture. The Stabilo (CD) series is used in many different candle making applications and is especially compatible with the harder to melt viscous vegetable-based waxes, like soy wax. Our German made, USA assembled CD 20 / Stabilo series wicks are primed in a high melt point natural wax, are pre-cut to 6" lengths, and are tabbed using a 20mm round wick tab with a 6mm neck.Note: We recommend testing new wick sizes when making any modifications to existing candle recipes or making new candles. Burning characteristics can be altered by changes in wax, fragrance oil, dye, and/or additives, which could result in a different optimal wick size for the same diameter candle. Show more
