It covers the themes of love loss, personal growth and the realisation of wanting children. The songs were written over the course of the last few years, with the title track being finished a day before getting in the room with bandmates Derrek Phillips (drums) and Clark Singleton (bass) to capture the live take that made it on the record. This album is a step towards a more earthy and stripped back sound for the artist, allowing the songs to speak for themselves and highlighting the talents of the incredible musicians Emma was privileged to work with in Tennessee.
