As easy-drinking as natural whites get, 2022 was the first vintage of this wine. The plot of 15 to 20-year-old Grenache Gris is planted over clay-calcareous soils situated next to a stream, and the grapes are directly pressed into fiberglass where they ferment and rest for six months before bottling.
