The Quick Set Gear is decidedly easier to use and affords much greater accuracy when adjusting your grind. All it takes is a simple twist. The worm gear itself is made of brass and easily the most heavy-duty worm gear we've seen on the market. It won our confidence the moment we got our hands on it.
