Cebu is a dahlia that I didn't know I would love this much. Nobody who visited could walk by her without commenting on how tall and bushy the habit was, or how beautiful the blooms . In the sun Cebu reads soft orange with dark coral candy striping, but in the shade she Is much cooler toned and plays so well with blues and pinks.
