Cedrus atlantica, commonly known as Atlas Cedar, is a stately evergreen conifer initially conical in shape and then developing a broad crown in maturity. Wide spreading branches ar e covered with attractive, silvery blue-green needles and attractive pine cone seeds. The Atlas Cedar produces an aromatic oil that is a natural insect deterrent.
