Fresh, green, herbaceous celery! Our carbon dioxide distillation of celery smells like a stalk of fresh celery and is great for adding a unique verdant note to fragrances. We have enjoyed working with this essence in formulating chypres and fougeres as celery adds a certain element of intrigue to these fragrances. We find celery blends well with mimosa, grapefruit, pink pepper, jasmine, tomato leaf (the perfect veggie garden accord or Bloody Mary cocktail accord), vetiver and cedrat. 7.5 ml housed in a 10 ml vial. 1/4 ounce.
