The Cell collection draws its logic from biology. Zaha Hadid Design studied the replication and growth of cellular organisms, translating those processes into a series of stainless steel candle holders whose forms are defined by their relationship to one another, never by any single piece in isolation. Each holder is finished in mirror-polished PVD plating, a process that produces a scratch-resistant surface of precise, enduring reflectivity. The finish catches and multiplies candlelight across its curved geometry, making the collection as much about atmosphere as object. Material: mirror-polished PVD-plated stainless steel Designed to be stacked, multiplied, and reconfigured in modular arrangements Scratch-resistant finish achieved through physical vapor deposition Part of a broader Cell collection developed as a cohesive, scalable system The collection rewards considered arrangement. A single piece holds its own; a grouping opens into something closer to sculpture.
