This BioEnergetic TuneUp session is designed to restore and balance energetic flow to support the ability of our cell membranes to absorb nutrients as well as remove waste (detox). The cell membrane is the doorway into and out of our cells. If that "doorway" does not properly open and close the health of the cell is jeopardized. If this problem is systemic and or sustained our constitutional health could be jeopardized. If we are stuck in a sympathetic nervous system (fight-flight) response, we function in "threat mode". Think of a Medieval village with a wall around it. If the gates are shut due to threat, the town is not open for trade. Eventually, the supplies will run out and the waste will accumulate. That is not a healthy or sustainable state of existence. Like the village under threat, some of us function in that fight-flight state chronically.
