10 year vintage Ripe Pu'er from a biodynamic, high-altitude farm in Jingmai, Yunnan. These tea trees are grown alongside peach trees, lychees, and orchids. This Ripe Pu'er was harv ested in 2013. After processing and a 40-day pile fermentation it is then aged unpressed in a temperature and humidity controlled cellar for 5 years.
