Balaton Cherry: Made from a variety of sour cherries that originated in Hungary and are now grown in Michigan, with gorgeous red flesh and a deep flavor. Try it over gelato or with your favorite runny mold ripened cheese. Just two ingredients: Cherries and sugar. Peach and Habanero: Peach forward with a sharp, but quick spicy habanero finish, this jam is perfect for sandwiches and cheeseboards alike.
