The Aged Solid Copper shades are made from solid copper. It has been fired for an aged look finish. These shades have a natural oxidised finish that continues to develop over time. The rustic finish is rough showcases the natural aged beauty of copper. The inside is cleaned (not buffed) and then left raw. This finish will continue to patina over time dependant on the environmental conditions they are placed in. Our copper shades are made with 100% natural materials. The finishes are not designed to be a uniform, consistent finish. A consistent finish can only be achieved through electroplating over cheaper materials. The swing arm fixture has a distance of 50mm from the wall to the main pole stem. It secures to the wall via 40mm diameter mount plates at each end of the pole. The swing arm is comprised of two 150mm length arms and can be extended. The black cloth light cord is 2.4 metres in length with a wall plug. The lampholder takes a standard bayonet (B22) bulb.
