Sonaglio (Italian for Rattlesnake) is an Italian-Style Pils we worked on with our good buddy Tim from Oxbow Brewing Company in Portland, Maine. Hopped with 2 German Grown Varieties : Saphir to bring an old world flare of herbaceous spice and floral notes alongside (new to us) Callista bringing softer notes of White Peach and Meyer Lemon.
