All air-cooled refrigeration equipment requires a source of fresh air to dissipate heat. The fresh air intake must come from outside the wine cellar and cannot be drawn from the cellar space. Engineered for outdoor exposure, the 1800XTSx-HE operates with condenser air temperatures from 20F to 95F and offers a cellar temperature setpoint range of 47F to 62F, with adjustable humidity control to help protect cork integrity and wine labels. Important Note:This unit is not designed for marine exposure (within 5 miles of the ocean). In coastal environments, an applied protective coating is required and is not covered under warranty.
