CT-Biotic is a blend of spore-forming and non-spore-forming bacteria combined with BioActive Carbon®. It provides 11 bacterial strains that are essential for supporting detoxification, digestive function, and immunity.* The addition of BioActive Carbon® sets CT-Biotic apart from other probiotic supplements. Can CT-Biotic cause detox symptoms? Depending on your individual toxic load, you may experience common detox reactions and symptoms, such as bloating and gas. If detox symptoms occur, you can reduce the dosing to the sensitive dosing and work up to the full dosing (one capsule twice daily) over time. Does CT-Biotic have to be taken with food, or can it be taken without? You can take CT-Biotic without food, but it’s generally best tolerated when taken with meals. Does CT-Biotic interact with any medications? The ingredients in CT-Biotic aren’t known to interact with certain medications, but to avoid adverse reactions, it’s recommended to take CT-Biotic at least two hours away from prescription medications. What time of day should I take CT-Biotic? We recommend taking it once in the morning and once in the evening, with meals.
