A textured, hazy blend of Parellada and Trepat which glows bright in the glass - a true sunshine wine! The Parellada provides a tonic, citrus quality to the wine, whilst the Trepat provides a hint of bloody-iron minerality alongside bursts of tropical fruit. Pouring a peachy-pink sunset in the glass, this red/white blend gives us everything we need for those long sunny afternoons, with herbs, fruit and minerals sitting in perfect balance. Is it an orange? Is it a rosé? Call it what you like, one thing is for sure, a bottle won’t last long. Made using hand-harvested grapes, the Parrellada and Trepat both gently macerate separately for 7 days before being pressed and combined into stainless steel for 7 months rest before bottling. The resulting wine is fresh, invigorating and just a little bit wild. Clocking in at a very nice price too.
