This allows you to size it to fit any wrist size. Hook Styles: Make sure to select the hook style and color you want on your bracelet. We have 3 different options to choose from. Click on the images to view them. Important: The color on our plated hooks may eventually wear off in time. How to Wear: Wrap the the cord around your wrist until the hook meets the loop. Make adjustments to the loop so that when the two ends meet, they are snug. Sliding the knot towards the hook makes it shorter and sliding it away from the hook makes it longer.
