CEMB ER71 Laser Digital Wheel Balancer The ER71 is a floor-standing digital wheel balancer for passenger car and light truck work, and the thing that separates it from a basic mach ine of the same footprint is that it tells the technician where the weight goes. A laser line is projected onto the correction plane inside the rim, so the counterweight lands where the calculation put it rather than where the eye estimated it.
