CementDEC® 3K is a polyurethane-based flooring system specially formulated with cement-based mortar for self-leveling applications. It is designed for high performance on worn and old floors, industrial floors, and other applications requiring high resistance and durability.It offers excellent hardness and compression strength (>70 MPa) and is recommended for conditions requiring maximum mechanical strength and resistance to chemical and physical damage.The product delivers a smooth, monolithic, water-resistant coat, and the use of a topcoat (such as TopcoatDEC® AS–2K) is optional for additional protection.CementDEC® 3K is non-toxic and safe for contact with food and water. It can also be used outdoors, with slight discoloration expected.
