CenturionPro Dry Batch Trimmer Model 5 (DBT5) - Maximize Your Harvest The CenturionPro DBT5 Dry Batch Trimmer is a powerhouse designed for large-scale cannabis and hemp operations. Part of the comprehensive CenturionPro DBT line, the Model 5 doubles the capacity of the Model 4, offering a solution for every size of harvest, from home growers to industrial cultivators. This industry-leading machine boasts a dry weight trimming capacity of up to 216 lbs/hr, streamlining your workflow while maintaining the highest quality standards for your delicate dried flower. Key Features & Benefits: High-Volume Processing: Process up to 216 lbs of dry material per hour, significantly increasing efficiency and throughput. Ideal for large harvests. Soft Tumble Technology: CenturionPro's unique Soft Tumbler Technology delivers a hand-trimmed quality finish without the need for blowers or lubricants. This minimizes trichome loss, preserving potency and maximizing the value of your product. Produces pristine flower, trim, and kief ready for sale or extraction. Optional Kief Filter Screen: Maximize your yield by adding the optional Kief Filter Screen. This upgrade transforms your DBT5 into a two-in-one machine. After trimming, simply swap the tumbler for the kief screen and process your trim, separating premium kief with a 150-micron medical-grade stainless steel mesh. Variable Speed Control: Fine-tune your trimming process with Speed Control. This essential feature allows you to adjust the trimming intensity to suit different strains, flower sizes, shapes, and densities, ensuring a perfect cut every time. Adjustable Angle Stand: The included adjustable angle stand (standard on DBT Models 3-5) simplifies loading and unloading, making the trimming process more ergonomic and efficient. It also facilitates cleaning and maintenance. Timer Dial: The "set it and forget it" Timer Dial (featured on DBT Models 4 and 5) allows for automated trimming. Once you've dialed in the optimal settings for your strain, the timer ensures consistent results without constant monitoring, freeing up your time for other tasks. Durable Construction & Warranty: Built to withstand the rigors of commercial use, the DBT5 is backed by an industry-leading 3-year warranty, providing peace of mind and long-term value.
