The primary ferment on skins lasts 2 months, then things are sent to bottle for the magic of secondary fermentation. This is the blend which usually goes into Ceppabianco, but in 2024 it demanded some fizz. It's all orange peel and zest, showing nice fruit sweetness that is then cut to shreds by chaky grip and persistent fizz. This'll do well. ABV: 12% Show more
