Priced and sold each. Removing & Installation of Pivot Lock shoe: The pivot lock shoe fits tight in the side jamb, a slight twist from back to front on one side will generally get the shoe out. Reverse the process when installing. If the Shoe slides hard in the channel, remove the 4 protruding tabs with toe nail clippers, then reinstall.
