Unlike most blues, when mixed with white, Cerulean takes on a softness that in juxtaposition with cool colors makes it seem slightly grayish and neutral, with warm colors a beautif ul pale blue. Inspired by R&F’s Pigment Sticks®, Drawing Oils™ offer a smooth, portable drawing experience with a firmer formulation—less oil, more wax—for greater control. Unlike pastels or crayons, they dry to a permanent, protective oil film with no fixative needed. Their unique size and shape make them perfect for sketchbooks, canvas, and panels, ideal for both playful exploration and serious studio practice Opacity : Opaque Drying Rate : Medium Pigment : Mixed Cerulean Blue, Titanium White, Zinc White Show more
