Bright fluorescent brick red! This pigment mixes well with others, creating a range of gorgeous, bright colors. There are no brighter neon paints on the market! Note: all fluoresce nt pigments will eventually fade, they are not lightfast. Sophie says: “This was the first neon pigment I added to my palette and it’s still my favorite!
