Wow-o-wow, we adore this vibrant, fun color so much at the shop! In our often foggy Sunset neighborhood, it’s an instant lift to spot a house bedecked with stunning pink and purple fuchsia plants. The deep, bright tones in this blend lend that same subtle dimension and richness of color we love to see on a gray day, right here in our palettes! This color contains fluorescent pigment, which is not lightfast. Fading can be reduced by coating finished pieces in a UV protective varnish and/or keeping them out of direct sunlight. All of our watercolors are handmade in our shop using the highest quality earth and synthetic pigments, plus natural watercolor binding medium made from gum arabic (sap from acacia trees), honey, glycerine, distilled water, and a dash of clove oil for freshness! Half Pans measure ~3/4" x 1/2" x 3/8" and contain ~2ml of paint. Our custom blended colors don't have a Color Index number, as they consist of a unique blend of two or more pigments. All of our watercolors conform to ASTM D-4236.
