When duplicating you MUST make the copy match the original on the square cuts. Your machine most likely won't be able to do this and you will have to hand finish with a small file to match the original. If your machine has jaws that rotate grip this key by the groove, if not straighten out a paper clip and insert one into the groove on the original key and one into the key blank to prevent twisting or tipping when clamping This is NOT a convenience key and both the original and blank must be flipped for duplicating. A key blank will NOT go into the lock because of its construction, the key MUST be cut to go into the lock The suggested price group is high because of the time and patience required to successfully duplicate these keys.
