During this period, Consew will replace any broken part of parts unless obvious abuse created the parts failure. Shipment costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. The seat and seat back fabric are warranted for the same 1 year period against unusual fabric wear but is subject to inspection based on fabric cuts and/or punctures.
